If smoke is detected there will be a $750 ozone smoke removal fee charged. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and backyard all to yourself. You will access the house via a smart lock on the front door. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. Although the inside is fully modernized, the home is older (or as we like to say "filled with character") and there are some things you won't find in a new build, for example a few floor boards will creak. Must climb stairs to access 2nd floor bathroom. There is a weight limit of 220 pounds for the hanging chair and limited to 1 person per use only. Fireplace is not available for use. No visitors or guests other than those on the reservation are allowed, this will result in an additional fee. We absolutely do not allow smoking inside of our home. If tobacco or marijuana use is discovered, a $750 cleaning/odor remediation fee will be assessed. Please no extra guests. We have a large house and can accommodate plenty of people. Please do not go over our occupancy limits. Absolutely no parties, glitter, confetti. Extra fees may be assessed for breaking these rules.
