Outdoor deck with long picnic table, grill, rocking chairs and seating area with view of lake. Inside a wood burning fireplace, Wifi and flat screen TV. Private Dock/Boathouse directly on Quaker Lake with diving board, kayacs and peddle boat available for renters to use. Life vests are provided and must be worn. Guest access Guests will be given two door codes (Exterior and Interior Digital locks) via AirBNB messages at the time of their 'Check in' to use for the duration of their visit. Please be sure to save these as the mobile phone service at Quaker Lake can be spotty. Other things to note Please exercise extreme caution with all family/guest members/visitors, especially children, the elderly and those who do not swim. This is a home with direct lake access. There are many steps from the parking area to house and the house to the boat house so it naturally presents accessibility issues.
