BEDROOMS This stunning Vail Village condo has 5 bedrooms with smart TVs in every room and can comfortably accommodate large groups. The space blends homey warmth with modern conveniences, making it the perfect base for your mountain getaway. Bedroom 1 – King-sized comfort with an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, a private balcony with sweeping Vail Village views, and a smart TV. Bedroom 2 – Fun and functional, this bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a smart TV — perfect for kids or groups. Bedroom 3 – Two twin beds with a smart TV. Located off the dining area, this room has a slider door for extra privacy and access to light-filled spaces. Bedroom 4 – Queen bed with smart TV and en suite bathroom. Sleek, modern design ensures a comfortable retreat. BATHROOMS The condo has 4 full bathrooms, all bright, clean, and fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Multiple en suites ensure privacy for everyone, and all bathrooms feature modern showers for ultimate comfort. KITCHEN & LOUNGE Cook up a snack or a group feast in the fully equipped kitchenettes in select bedrooms or the main living area. The condo features modern appliances, countertops, and everything needed for cooking and entertaining. Whether you're here for skiing, dining, or exploring the village, everything you need is just steps away. STR#: 042678 Guest access You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the only parking for the unit is in nearby parking garages. We suggest parking in the Vail Parking Structure, which is paid parking. There is a flight of stairs down from the garage to the pedestrian avenue, about a 5 minute walk to the unit, and there is an additional flight of stairs from the main entry to the unit. It is not handicap accessible. Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. •Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.  •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred. •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit. •Please be aware that homes at the Vail Village base do not include parking, there are no designated parking spaces. Guest will need to secure parking at a nearby paid parking garage for the duration of their stay.
