All four homes are under unified ownership and professional management, so guests can expect a smooth, consistent experience from booking to departure. Ask our team for details. Outdoor Features - Exclusively private access to a custom new 40' x 16’ in-ground swimming pool. The new custom pool is conveniently located directly adjacent to the home. The pool is privately used by only the Three Timbers homes: Pine Hollow, Mountain Haven & Winters Haven. It is adjacent to, and easily accessible via a short walk from each home. - 4 Hot tubs for relaxing after hiking, brewery runs, or Biltmore days - Private pond (fun for feeding fish and enjoying the scenery) - 5 Fire pit areas for s’mores and evening stories under the stars - Mountain community setting at approximately 2,500’ elevation - Guests also have access to the Edenderry Pond, a shared community amenity featuring a small beach area, dock, and community fire pit—a great spot to relax and enjoy the mountain setting. Catch-and-release fishing is welcome, and swimming is permitted at your own risk. Pool Details * The swimming pool is open 9am - 9pm in pool season. * ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Heating is available upon request for $100/day if the average forecasted air temperatures are above 55°F during your stay, and per the “Pool Availability” calendar below. Pool Availability May 1 – September 3 * The pool is open and may be heated (target water temp: 81°F) for an additional charge of $100/day. [Please note: actual water temperature may vary depending on weather and may not always reach the set temperature during these months.] April & October (Shoulder months) * The pool remains open but is not heated by default. [You may still purchase the $100/day heating option, but that does not guarantee any level of heating or temperature.] November 1 – March 31 * ​The pool is closed for the season. ​​​​​​​[NO swimming.] All homes are under unified ownership and professional management, ensuring consistent quality, thoughtful details, and a smooth guest experience from booking through departure. Up to two dogs are welcome with a $130 non-refundable pet fee. Quiet Policy This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm. Extended Stays Reservations of 28+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. Security deposit, mid stay cleaning fee and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay. Airbnb Strict 60-Day Cancellation Policy Cancel 61+ days before check-in: 50% refund of the nightly rate + full cleaning fee (Airbnb service fee is non-refundable). Last-Minute Booking Verification For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.
