There are no cameras inside. • The home is family-friendly but not child-proofed. • Please be mindful of neighbors and observe quiet hours in the evening. • No parties, events, or smoking allowed on the property. • Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. This is a brand-new, upgraded Sierra AX-2 electric LSV — the perfect way to experience everything St. Augustine has to offer! With its powerful lithium battery, you’ll get 30–35 miles per charge, meaning you’ll typically only need to plug it in every few days (depending on use). You can drive on any road with a speed limit of 35 mph or less — perfect for cruising through downtown, browsing the shops in uptown, and crossing the Bridge of Lions to explore Davis Shores and roam the lighthouse grounds before climbing to the top for the most amazing view of the town, and even get to the Alligator Farm via neighborhood streets. (Please note: you won’t be able to continue past the Alligator Farm toward the beach, as the speed limit jumps to 45 mph on that stretch.)
