Main Floor Step inside to a bright and inviting living room featuring exposed brick accents, global artwork, and a cozy sectional centered around a 55” Smart TV. The space flows effortlessly into the open dining area with seating for six and a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for morning coffee or late-night bites. You’ll also find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a convenient laundry area on this floor. From the rear of the home, step out to the fully enclosed back patio, a brick garden space with an outdoor dining table for 6. Around the side, you’ll find a propane grill for easy outdoor cooking. Second Floor Head upstairs to find the primary king bedroom, designed for relaxation with soft linens, blackout curtains, and a Fire TV for easy unwinding. A middle den area serves as your work-from-home hub — complete with a dedicated desk, comfortable chair, and access to a cozy pet-friendly nook equipped with a bed, bowls, and leash hooks. The second full bathroom features a striking mid-century modern design with a walk-in shower, bright lighting, and built-in storage. From here, step out onto your elevated back balcony — a peaceful outdoor escape perfect for reading, sipping, or simply enjoying the view of the neighborhood’s historic charm. Loft Level Up a short flight from the den, you’ll find the queen loft bedroom — an open and airy retreat with a full hotel-style curtain track that allows you to open the space to hang out or close it off for privacy. Bonus points for blackout curtains, in case you need to recharge all day. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor areas. Enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay. Other things to note We love welcoming travelers and their furry companions — however, our home is limited to one well-behaved pet under 50 lbs per stay. Please include your pet in your reservation. The loft bedroom offers a warm, inviting space with a curtain track for privacy and blackout curtains for all-day rest. However, the ceiling height may be lower for extra-tall guests, so please keep that in mind when selecting your sleeping arrangements. We winterize our outdoor spaces starting in October and start opening them back up around April.
