Charming Farmhouse in Wine Country

1937 farmhouse in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, minutes from town. 2 bedrooms + a loft, 1.5 baths, and a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Fully fenced with pastures and a small orchard. Farm animals may be present-please observe only. Outbuildings are off-limits. Located along a highway; road noise. Loft stairs are steep and not suitable for guests with mobility limitations. Close to Wings & Waves Waterpark, Eola-Amity Hills AVA wineries, and Downtown McMinnville. The space To access the loft bedroom, use the stairs in the second bedroom. Amity water has a sulfur smell to it. For best drinking water use the filtered water from kitchen sink. There is an A/C window unit in the living room. We also have fans and black out curtains throughout the house. There is no washing machine and no WiFi. Pets are welcome but do require an additional cleaning fee of $80. Guest access Entire house and fenced property. No access to the outside buildings (shop, barn..)
