For reservations longer than two weeks, we provide approximately two weeks’ worth of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Guests staying beyond two weeks will need to purchase additional supplies. For monthly stays, actual utility usage will be billed, and a deposit of $100–$400 is required.
