Perched on the slopes of Sugarloaf Mtn, this ski-in/ski-out haven is your ultimate vacation escape! Located on the shuttle route, this delightful one-bedroom condo boasts a fully loaded kitchen, a cozy living room with a pull-out couch, a full bathroom, and even a washer and dryer to tackle those snowy adventures. After shredding the slopes, kick back by the gas fireplace and soak in some jaw-dropping mountain vistas or enjoy the indoor pool, free to Snowbrook guests! The space Snowbrook Condos are an excellent choice for your vacation, regardless of the season! This condo is located on the lower level. Upon entry, you will find storage for jackets and gear, along with access to a ski locker for your skis. The accommodation includes one bedroom, equipped with a queen-sized bed and a television for streaming your favorite shows. Additionally, the living room features a brand-new pull-out couch. The open-concept living room and kitchen area is designed for comfort and convenience. There is a small desk available if you decide to bring work along on your vacation. The living room is enhanced by a gas fireplace, providing a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day on the slopes, and also includes a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare all your meals with ease. Ideal for couples or small families, this condo is the perfect mountain retreat. Conveniently located near the Snubber chairlift, this condo provides Ski In/Ski Out access and is situated along the winter shuttle route, with proximity to cross-country ski trails. Guests will have the advantage of a ski locker for equipment storage. Furthermore, complimentary access to the pool enhances the overall experience for visitors. There is a wealth of activities to explore! The area features several hiking and biking trails, including proximity to the new Sugarloaf Bike Park and Sugarloaf Golf Course. Guests can also explore the serene Carrabassett River or Flagstaff Lake. Snowbrook provides a tennis court for guest use, all while offering stunning views of Snowbrook Pond and the surrounding mountains from the back patio. Guest access You will have access to the entire condominium. You will also have access to the ski locker in the front of the condo. Snowbrook guests are allowed to use the Snowbrook Pool, free of charge, with a pool pass that you will find in the condo. Towels are not provided for the pool so bring one along with you. Please be respectful of any locked owners' closets and homeowners' personal items. Remember, you are in someone else's home, and it is imperative to treat it with the utmost respect. Other things to note We work really hard to make sure you have a good experience while vacationing at one of our properties. We strive for 5 star reviews and appreciate the fact that Airbnb allows a “private feedback” section where you can let us know your concerns in a private format. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make sure you have a great experience and we in turn can earn a 5 star review. We hope you have a great time exploring the Sugarloaf area. Please realize we do not control the weather and if the mountain closes, there are still many things you can do in the area! You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use your pass due to weather-related or wind-related events, including snow levels. The pool house is free to all of our Snowbrook guests. This amenity is offered by the association. It is open by reservation during the ski season and by key during the off season. The hot tubs do not operate in the Summer. We are not in control of the pool house hours or operations. You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use the pool house. We are more than happy to reach out to the pool house to get up to date schedules upon request. They usually close twice a year for deep cleaning.
