The Rock Island House – Historic rails, Elevated living! Inspired by Rock Island Railroad history, this charming limestone home offers a unique overnight experience! There are two separate bedroom suites, each with their own bathroom, a comfortable living room, fully furnished kitchen, and convenient laundry room. Outside is the charming patio area perfect for making memories on your journey. Located in the middle of downtown, with off street parking and a quiet neighborhood. The space 2 separate bedrooms both with queen sized beds and 2 bathrooms one in each bedroom. One bathroom has a tub and shower and the other one is a shower. There is a living room and a dining room kitchen combination. Approximately 1100 square feet for the whole house. Also a full sized laundry room, washer and dryer and we have several clothes hanging racks with hangars. Modern updated electrical and plumbing, heating and cooling systems. Guest access The whole house, garage, and driveway. Other things to note NO CLEANING FEES ADDED! The price is the price. We charge our price and Airbnb takes their 15% from that price. That's it. There is a Pack ' N Play crib in the closet of the first bedroom. A table top ironing board and iron under the kitchen sink. Full washer and dryer in the house, with laundry supplies. Coffee bar with coffee grounds and filters. Smart TV with Wifi. Storm shelter basement with a weather radio, seating in the basement to wait out the storm and battery operated light. Full fridge and stove and some cooking utensils. Dishes and silverware. Corkscrew for wine. Ice cube trays. Off-street parking and parking in driveway. Single level no steps to get into house.
