Nestled in a great neighborhood, this guest house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Other things to note Mobility ramps are available for step-free access free of charge. Please let us know if you will be needing them prior to your arrival. The property is gated with the access via coded entry. UTILITIES: For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a $300 flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days are booked, the utility bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 30-day period. An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge. Pets: This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Outdoor Bugs 🐜 It’s normal to occasionally see bugs outdoors, especially during warmer months. We have regular pest control service, but to help prevent bugs from entering the home, please keep doors and windows closed when not in use. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it.
