The space This home is the result of a full, thoughtful renovation—one that took a great deal of time, care, and love to bring to life. What was once a major project is now a fresh, welcoming space that we’re incredibly proud of. As a brand-new listing, we’re still adding a few final touches, but the home is fully stocked with the essentials for a comfortable stay. Guest access The front door is equipped with a keypad lock for your convenience. A unique access code will be provided to you prior to check-in. There is street parking in front of the house. Guest has access through front door and main level of house only. Other things to note *CONSTRUCTION* There is active construction on the neighboring properties (next to and behind the home), which will likely result in noticeable daytime noise and activity. Our current pricing reflects this temporary impact, and while our photos do not yet show the nearby construction, we want to be fully transparent. Construction is an evolving external factor not always reflected visually in photos. If you plan to spend a good amount of time at the home during the day, it may feel a bit intrusive at times. However, if you’re planning to be out exploring during the day and returning for a relaxing evening and good night’s rest, it shouldn't impact your stay much. We truly appreciate your understanding, and earplugs are provided for each guest for added comfort.
