This beautifully renovated 1950s converted horse barn offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxury — all nestled on 2 peaceful acres as part of the larger BluHawk Farms property in South Overland Park, KS. With 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and 2000 sq. ft. across two cozy levels, this one-of-a-kind barn stay gives you more space, privacy, and personality than any standard hotel ever could. The space Has central heat & air with an electric fireplace. Main room hosts a neon air hockey table and 55” Flat Screen TV. 1 pet is allowed with a pet fee. Property has 1 Queen Bed in Master, 1 Queen Futon in the upstairs landing, 1 Full & 1 Twin in the downstairs bedroom. Guest access Code will be received prior to check-in for the electronic front door lock. Other things to note We offer a dog friendly space with a fenced in yard. Pet fee covers 1 dog under 50 pounds for 2 nights. Any additional nights or dogs will incur additional costs.
