That is the main / private entrance for the suite. Other things to note This bright lower level suite features large windows, plenty of natural light, and upgraded walls that give it a much more open feel than a traditional basement apartment. Thanks to the preserved wood foundation, the space feels warm and comfortable, making it easy to forget you're even in a lower level suite. We live in the upper unit, but your suite is completely private. There is no shared laundry or indoor living space. The driveway is the only shared area. All other spaces, are private. For reservations of 30 nights or longer, an initial supply of consumables (such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and other essentials) is provided. Once those supplies have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional consumables for the remainder of their stay. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances, including emotional support animals or service animals. Due to a documented severe medical allergy, Airbnb has approved an exception to its standard pet policy. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat the space with care and respect. Our property is continuously being improved to enhance the guest experience. From time to time, you may notice new furniture, décor, or amenities that differ slightly from the listing photos. Guests with a review rating below 4.8 stars may not be eligible for Instant Book. If a reservation is automatically confirmed through the platform, we reserve the right to cancel it. Guests with new profiles and no reviews may be asked a few screening questions before their reservation is confirmed. A security deposit may also be required for certain reservations. This property is located in a quiet residential area and is intended for peaceful stays. Parties, events, excessive noise, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. Home Notice While we take great pride in maintaining the property and respond to maintenance issues as quickly as possible, this is still a home with hundreds of appliances, fixtures, and amenities. On rare occasions, unexpected equipment failures can occur during a stay. If something isn’t working properly, please let us know right away. We’ll make every reasonable effort to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible.
