Recently remodeled 2 bedrooms 1 bath. 40 minutes to New River Gorge. Rafting, Bridgewalk, etc. Close to Pipestem Resort-Twin falls-Sandstone falls- Camp Creek. Lots of areas to explore from here! Plenty of parking- bring your side by side Please note 4WD in the snow is recommended . One dog only. The space Open kitchen and living room with a dining table and tv. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv and the second bedroom has two twin beds and tv Parking for two vehicles . Quiet neighborhood. Guest access Guests may use the upstairs of this house only. The basement is not accessible to guests at this time. Other things to note One dog allowed only Please do not allow your dog on the furniture or beds or An extra cleaning charge of $100 or more may be added. No dogs should be left alone in house unless in a crate. Pick up outside after your dog. No parties No more than 4 people Quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. No fires allowed anywhere on property No smoking/vaping inside . Smoking is only permitted outside . Please dispose of butts property and avoid forest fires !
