Library Loft on 430+acres at Sandy Creek Farms

Within our 430+acre property with a private 22-acre lake, The Library Loft is a unique, comfortable space located on the second level of the Stables. A full selection of books ranging from gardening to history to suspense novels is housed in the loft, as well as a DVD library. The Loft offers a small living room with a TV, space with a queen-size bed, and a full bathroom. The kitchen facilities are downstairs. Comfortable sitting area, bar, big screen TV are just outside The Loft apartment. The space The Library Loft is a small and simply comfortable living space. Located on the second level of the Stables, the Loft features wonderful views of the property from the barn’s wood decks. Below the decks is a large, multi-level flagstone patio. Inside the Loft is a small living room with sitting chairs and a library full of books and DVDs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a drip coffee maker, and a full bathroom. A small counter with a refrigerator is located directly outside the entrance to the Loft. In this same area just outside of the Library Loft are an inviting, comfortable seating area and a bar with large screen TV, allowing further expansion of the living area. There is a communal full kitchen downstairs for guests requiring a more comprehensive cooking experience. The stable's kitchen is made available to all overnight guests and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The private lake is stocked with bass, bream, and catfish for those who like to fish and is a short walk from the Loft. The property is surrounded by woods with pastures, fields, and ponds. Guests can walk the many 10+miles of trails throughout the 400+acres. Many forms of wildlife are present on the property. All should observe Caution, especially when walking trails and gravel roads. Children must be responsibly supervised at all times. Guest access There are two parking spaces available at the Library Loft. Other things to note NO pets are allowed at the Library Loft. NO smoking is allowed inside or near the Library Loft. NO events or parties are allowed at the Library Loft.
