Two themed villas at the Veranda Palms Resort in downtown Kissimmee, a community where our company manages 15 adjacent villas that can accommodate up to 30 people each and include private pools, BBQs, games and a community clubhouse. It only takes 15 minutes from the villa to Disneyland, and there are supermarkets, restaurants and outlets nearby. If you are a large family or group of more than 40 people, we will be your best choice Other things to note - The person responsible for the reservation must be 21 years or older to book. - At check in time our guest must check of the general house condition (furniture, cleaning, toilet etc) and report to us within 2 hours of check-in. Any damages noted at check-out that have not been reported at check-in are the responsibility of the guest. - We provide some supplies as a welcome courtesy that way you have enough to use before going to the supermarket to buy for your stay. - NO MORE than 26 people in the house. - Check out is 10:00 am. Any late check out will be charge $50/ hour as we need the house available for the cleaning team to organize for our next guest. - HEATED POOL: There is a fee of $50 / day for this service. Heated pool is Only for the entire stay and must be requested at least one day before check in. Heated pool may take 6-8 hours t be heated. The pool temperature without heat can be as low as 69 degrees and with the pool heat can reach 93 degrees. The temperature never set higher than that as it affects the chemicals in the pool. The pool / hot tub cleaners come to the house 1 time per week according to the company's schedule. If the guest want an extra pool cleaning will be charge $50. If the guest doesn't authorize the cleaning of the pool, $50 will be charged to reschedule the cleaning. - BARBECUE GRILL: There is a fee of $150/ stay for this service. We provide the first propane and the guest is responsible in case it's necessary more or we charge $50 to deliver a full propane in case the guests request the refill. - NO SMOKING there will be a extra fee of $500 if the house smells smoke or the firefighters come to the house. - The community has a 24/7 security staff to maintain ordinance to ensure everyone around can have a enjoyable vacation. We want you have fun and enjoy your stay without disturbing others or disrespecting the home or the rules. - Noise Ordinance: From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., guests can not make noise exceeding 45(forty five) decibels, and any noise more than 45(forty five) decibels is considered a nuisance. Please comply with the noise ordinance. - Garbage requirements: After check-out, please put all indoor garbage into the garbage bag and tie the bag mouth, and place it in the outdoor trash can. If the trash can is not enough, the extra bags can be placed next to the trash can. Please do not scatter them in the trash can. If there is scattered garbage indoors and in the trash can, we will charge a garbage collection fee of US$50 per bag. Please strictly abide by this rule。 -This refers to the cost of one house. If two houses are booked at the same time, the cost will be double.
