King Suite #2 King bed, private en suite full bathroom, 65” TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility. Custom Bunk Room Eight built-in full-size bunk beds and two private full bathrooms. Designed for both adults and children, this signature space blends comfort and functionality without sacrificing privacy. Living Room Large sectional with queen sleeper centered around the 85” TV for movie nights and relaxed evenings. Designed for Gathering At the heart of the villa is a grand dining table that seats 12 beneath statement lighting, made for long conversations and shared meals. Just steps away, the breakfast nook seats 6, creating a cozy space for morning coffee or children’s meals. The kitchen island offers 4 additional bar stools, keeping everyone connected in one open, flowing space. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to preserve the tranquil environment. For safety and occupancy verification, exterior cameras monitor entry points. There are no cameras inside the home. Only registered guests are permitted.
