Family fun awaits at this south-facing island cottage! Enjoy 270° water views for spectacular sunrises & sunsets on private acres. Sleeps 8, 1.5 bath. Kids will love the zip line & indoor climbing wall. Just 5 mins off the Trans-Canada Hwy & a 5-min walk to the pebble beach. Walk to town for coffee, ice cream & groceries. Drive-to-door convenience with total privacy. The space The main floor features an equipped kitchen, 8 seat dining table, living space with couches and TV (firestick equipped). There is a 3 piece bathroom (tub with shower). The main Floor Bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2nd floor has 2 additional bedrooms the west bedroom has 2 single beds. The east bedroom has a single bed with a second single that pulls out from underneath. The second floor living area has a full size couch, recliner and a desk/workspace. floor to ceiling windows provide spectacular views of Lake Huron. you can step out onto the balcony to enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee. Loft- accessible by rock 🪨 climbing wall or ladder 🪜. This is a fun space for kids old enough to navigate a ladder but the space has very low ceilings. 2 additional single beds are on the floor in this loft area. Other things to note The water surrounding the property varries in depth, from 15 ft directly off the point, to gradual descents. The shoreline is primarily rocky with some smooth rocks transitioning into the water and some areas of smaller stones that can be waded to swimming depths. It is highly recommended to wear water shoes.
