The unit also has a garage that’s locked off from the unit. The garage has an outside garage door. Guest access The space is two secured and separate units. A garage and an apartment. The garage and apartment are locked off from each other. This means that we will from time to time need to enter the garage through the alley door entrance. We will not enter your space without you being present. We supply the basics and expect that on stays past 3 days that you’ll be responsible to supply your own basic items. There is no house keeping available and any need for clean towels after the initial fresh towels are on you to wash. Do not use bleach. Do not wash our whites with dark color items. The sheets are your responsibility on washing for stays past 3 days. On checking out, since there is no cleaning fee, we ask you clean the place as you found it. Put all towels, cloths, and sheets on the dryer and we will wash them.
