Publix is right across the road, making grocery shopping a breeze, and the Galvez Boat Ramp is just 0.8 miles away, perfect for launching into a day of adventure. Perdido Key is the perfect quiet and family-friendly beach town. It offers wildlife viewing at the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore state park, as well as multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. There are so many adventures to choose from such as; fishing charters to take you to the best spots only locals know about, and don't forget to try one of the Dolphin cruises to experience the open water in a way you will most certainly never forget. There's also Lost Key Golf Club, a public 18-hole golf course. Let's not forget the local flavors to be enjoyed at the many restaurants serving our fresh caught seafood. Policies: 1. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. 5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER check-in. Let us know if you want to pay for your pet fee through a direct CC charge or directly through Airbnb. 3. One dog is welcome, up to 40lbs (limit 1). $150 non-refundable fee & pre-registration is required. 4. Pre-registration is required via signed Pet Addendum which is emailed at the time of booking. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
