Tone Cabin on Kenmare Farm

Nestled in the heart of Virginia's wine country, the Tone Cabin on Kenmare Farm in Nelson County (just outside of Lovingston off Hwy 29) offers a tiny home lodging experience with breathtaking mountain views. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat, Kenmare Farm is your perfect destination. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The space Our tiny home (400 sq ft) is located on 13 acres and has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath with shower. Kitchenette area has a refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, microwave, K-cup coffee maker (pods included), and toaster. Guest access You will have full use of the cabin and most of the property around it. There are two cabins on the property (60 feet apart) and guests from both homes can share the Snug Pub and fire pit areas. The owners shed is not available. There is a local farmer who mows and bales the hay on the farm twice a year and they may be there while you are there. There is a fire pit available during certain times, but we ask that guests ask permission from the owner in order to use it - extreme caution must be used as it is too much of a fire hazard with the grasses/hay and wood cabins on top of the hill. Thank you for your understanding! Other things to note We occasionally have a dog who joins us on the Farm. While our cleaning team works hard to thoroughly clean the space, you may come across a stray dog hair from time to time. We sincerely apologize in advance and want to make future guests aware, especially those with pet allergies. To help us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all, we kindly ask that guests do not bring pets. Unfortunately, we’ve had past incidents where pets caused damage to linens, pillows, and furniture. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
