The space Our unit is newly updated and ready for your enjoyment! Two bedrooms, one bathroom and open living room/kitchen in the Linderhof Golf Community neighborhood. The living room has a brand new sofa with a queen sleeper, chair and ottoman, wall mount Smart TV. The kitchen has 3 barstools, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker (coffee pods provided). One bedroom has a brand new queen bed with new mattress, dresser, fan, closet with hangers and wall mounted Smart TV. The second bedroom features a full-over-full adult weight capacity bunk bed, and a twin mattress under the bunk. This bedroom also has a wall mounted Smart TV. Through the first bedroom is the sliding doors to the patio. There is a table with seating for six people, as well as two new Adirondack chairs and side table. There is also a propane grill. Grilling tools can be found in the kitchen. There is one full bathroom with a tub. There is a thermostat in the living room to control the new Rinnai heater. Under the living room window is a large A/C unit that cools the apartment, and a fan in each bedroom. As the bottom floor apartment, it stays relatively cool in summer, especially with the breeze coming off of the river out back. We have a new washer/ dryer unit, small loads only.
