Laundry is coin operated but cheaper than outside laundry mat. House party is ILLEGAL in the city of Los Angeles. No other guests than the confirmed guests. If you plan to invite people, please let the host know and ask for approval first. 👨 👩 ADDITIONAL GUESTS- any guests without the approval of the host will be charged $50 per person. Do not bring additional guests without the approval of the Host. 🚬 🚫$500 fee NO SMOKING INSIDE the house. An extra $500.00 cleaning fee to remove odor will be deducted from your account. Smoking outside is OK. Do not smoke near the gas water heater. ⚠️ City ordinance requires us to notify every guest and to enforce quiet hours between 10:00 pm-8 am. The city of Los Angeles is very strict in regards to the noise levels. The City notified all of our neighbors by mail to report any noise disturbance. Any complaints from my neighbors will result in fines and possible eviction. Please help us maintain a quiet neighborhood by following our quiet hours. We respect our guest’s privacy. Cameras are for the safety of our guests. We do not have cameras in private spaces. -Camera locations are listed in the " Health & Safety" section of our listing. All cameras are visible. We respect the privacy of our guests and also prioritize their safety. The exterior cameras that we have are for the security & safety of our guests and tenants. - Do not tamper smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
