The space The space Ada Pond Lodge is a 3-bedroom home on 1+ acre that sleeps up to 8 guests. The home is designed for families, small groups, and extended stays, with themed bedrooms, comfortable gathering spaces, and a mix of indoor and outdoor amenities. Sleeping arrangements The Ada Rodeo Room includes a California king bed. The Blue Room includes a queen bed. The Vintage Room includes a full-size bed. Every bed features a Purple mattress. The Living room includes a full-size West Elm sleeper bysofa for additional sleeping space. All rooms including the living room have full black out curtains. Amenities and features Guests have access to a fully stocked chef-ready kitchen, TVs in every bedroom and the living room, board games, cornhole set, paddleboard rentals, a private hot tub, fire pit, grill/griddle combo, and a private stocked pond for bass fishing. Location The property is located 2 blocks from Mercy Hospital and about 5 minutes from Wintersmith Park, making it convenient for medical stays, family visits, work trips, and weekend getaways. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the full property, except for the garages. At this time, the garages are not part of the guest area because they are being used as a work zone while improvements are in progress. In the event of inclement weather, garage parking may be available if needed. Other things to note The property includes a private pond, hot tub, and outdoor recreation areas for guest enjoyment. Please supervise children at all times near the water and use all amenities responsibly.
