Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds – as well as a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. Downstairs, a bright and airy open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area flows effortlessly into a spacious communal front garden that leads directly to the shared jetty – perfect for fishing off, mooring your boat and/or enjoying river views. A second bathroom is conveniently located on this level. Outside, enjoy the lower patio, complete with a freestanding braai – ideal for relaxed evenings spent outdoors with family or friends. Other things to note Jetty Access: The jetty operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is only suitable for smaller boats. Public Access: The grassy area in front of the units is open to the public and is frequently used by joggers and runners. Parking: Each unit is allocated one parking bay only. House Rules: No parties, loud music, or additional guests are permitted at the unit.
