Two bedroom apartment includes an entertainment center and a 65-inch Samsung TV with IPTV Account, for enjoying Live TV, shows and movies [Most of the movies/series you are looking for are available]. For One more extra Parking lot : - Availability: Extra parking lot is subject to extra fees upon request. - Cost: The fee is $35 per night. - Payment: The fee is to be paid upon arrival at the premises for whole nights. - If you have Tesla car and want to charge it, can be charged in the garage for extra cost. ---------------------------------------------- ❥ Flexible Access 🚪 You are free to come and go as you please, but we ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. It is a self Check-in unit, once it is available, you can book it. Once you booked it, you will receive a guide to access it. Once you booked it, you will get the instruction to access it [24 hrs from your stay - unless it is same day booking]. Totally Private apartment (The Whole Basement), with separate enterance. Other things to note - If you can't find any movie/series/show on IPTV App, please text me. - Apartment is a self check-in unit, you can access it once your booking is confirmed [Guide wil be sent 24-48 hrs from you your booking]. - For long stay, please send me a message to give you a special price - Early Check-in / Late Check-out is based on availability, for extra fees ($15/hr). - If you need a ride, I can do that for you based on availability 5% cheaper than Uber price.
