The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, small stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker. Fully equipped to have everything you need for home-cooked meals. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, vanity and large mirror for your convenience. Relax in the seating area with table and four chairs, or step onto the patio balcony furnished with chairs and a table to enjoy the spectacular views. Guest access The parking lot is an open area with no designated spaces. Please note that trailers are restricted to a maximum length of 16 feet. BUT no Trailer parking during Bike week and Biketoberfest As you utilize the parking lot, we kindly request that you respect the surroundings by refraining from discarding trash or other items from your vehicle. Given the limited size of the parking lot and the presence of fellow vacationers, your consideration is greatly appreciated. For your convenience, there is a drop-off area located near the front doors of the complex. Guests are welcome to use the provided carts, conveniently stationed just inside the entrance, to transport their belongings to the condo. Following unloading, return the cart to the front area. At Daytona Beach Shores, you'll find a range of amenities in the vicinity. Publix grocery store will be approx 10 min drive. Additionally, a 7-11 is within walking distance, offering easy access. A variety of restaurants are around the resort. Should you wish to explore the area, right across the street from the complex is Boogie Down Golf Carts & Bicycles. Here, you have the option to rent golf carts and beach cruiser-style bicycles. However, please note that this business is separate from ours, and we do not offer any discounts in connection with their services. Other things to note Within the resort, you'll find the convenience of an onsite laundry room located on the first floor. This amenity is available for all guests to use during their stay. We extend a warm welcome to you and your service dog, as it is our pleasure to accommodate your needs. In accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), we are required to inquire about your service dog for the following reasons: Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? What specific work or task has the dog been trained to perform to assist you with your disability? We want to clarify that there are no additional charges for service dogs, and the security deposit will not be increased due to their presence. However, please note that guests are responsible for any damages caused by both people and dogs, including uncontrolled service dogs. In accordance with ADA guidelines, service animals are typically required to be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using them. In such cases, the handler must maintain effective control over the animal using voice, signal, or other suitable methods. Furthermore, it's important to ensure that the service animal is under the handler's control at all times, which means the animal should not be left alone in the condo for any reason. We take the misrepresentation of pets as service animals seriously. If it comes to our attention that a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including seeking financial restitution, reporting fraudulent claims to authorities, and evicting the guest(s) without prior notice.
