Set on 2.1 private acres, this 4,800 sq ft home offers an unforgettable experience in the serene Hudson Valley, complete with a private hot tub and barrel sauna for the ultimate retreat. The heart of the home is the expansive great room, featuring soaring 40-foot-high ceilings and a cozy indoor stone fireplace—the perfect backdrop for creating lasting memories. Bed & Bath (Sleeps 14) - Primary Suite: King bed with a private bath featuring a clawfoot copper soaking tub. - Loft Bedroom 1: Queen bed. - Loft Bedroom 2: Queen bed. - Lower Level Bedroom: King bed. - Lower Level Bunk Room: One Queen bed and two Twin beds. - Library: Queen pull-out bed. - Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms and one half-bath. - Also Provided: Infant Pack ‘n Play and a Queen air mattress. Kitchen & Dining Prepare group feasts in the fully stocked, modern farmhouse kitchen with a large dining table. - Appliances: Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. - Small Appliances: Blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. - Essentials: Cookware, wine glasses, and all necessary dining ware. We love four-legged guests. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire 4,800 sq ft barn and the surrounding 2.1-acre property. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, all entertainment spaces, and the full backyard with its hot tub, barrel sauna, fire pit, grill, and play areas. Please note that a few supply and storage closets may be locked for owner use. The garage door opener is not available for guest use. Other things to note - Historic Property: This is a historic 1800s barn with authentic architectural character. While fully modernized for comfort, you should expect unique rustic features consistent with the home’s heritage. - Security: For your security, exterior Ring cameras monitor entry areas only. There are no cameras inside the home. - Safety: Fire and carbon monoxide detectors are installed on every floor and in every bedroom for your safety. - Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay. - Checkout Policy: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Because many of our properties have same-day guest turnovers, late checkouts may result in an additional fee and can impact the next guest's check-in.
