Amenities in this full 1550 square foot basement include a gas fireplace, billiard table, exercise machines, in-ground heated pool, 1/4 acre pond, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating, wooded area to explore, coffee bar, games, kitchenette, queen bed, and 2 TVs!! Home away from home with luxury. The space This listing is for the entire basement of our home. It is 1550 total square feet. You have a private entrance. No smoking in the home and no pets. ENTRANCE TO PROPERTY- Long driveway with light poles leads to the residence. You may park on the concrete by the basketball hoop. You will be greeted by the owners for check-in. Entrance is through the garage entrance door with a set of steps leading down to your private entrance. You will be given a keypad code to be used during your stay for the garage entrance door. There are signs ‘Serenity Awaits YOU’ letting you know you have arrived!! BEDROOM- One bedroom with queen size bed. The bedroom has a 42” tv with extensive DVD collection and DVD player. 6 drawer dresser and closet complete with iron and ironing board. BATHROOM- Combined shower and bathtub. Coordinating towels and wash rags. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. First aid kit under the vanity. Shower curtain and liner. Slip proof mat in the shower. Vanity with make-up mirror and blow dryer. LIVING ROOM- Couch with recliner at each end. Swivel reclining chair. End tables with lamps. Ventless gas fireplace with remote. TV above mantle with ROKU remote. Hulu, Netflix and Disney+ included on both TVs. Blankets and pillows. In this area are many board games, card games, magazines, books (you can take the book home you started to read), adult coloring books with colored pencils and markers as well as crossword/sudoko/word search books. DINING AREA- Antique table with 4 chairs. Keurig machine with varied pods, creamers in the refrigerator. Coffee cups available as well as ‘to-go’ cups. Bottled water. Homemade treats upon arrival. Microwave. Paper plates, napkins, metal cutlery, paper towels and basic cooking utensils. Wine bottle opener and wine glasses. Refrigerator has common condiments /dips and various coffee creamers. Garbage can with extra bags. EXERCISE AREA- An elliptical, recumbent elliptical and treadmill are available as well numerous elastic bands. GAME ROOM- 8’ pool table as well as pub style table and 3 swivel barstools. Numerous board and card games as previously listed. OUTDOOR SEATING- Exit out the living room door leads to a covered porch that has an outdoor table with 4 chairs. This area also has the towels, floats and pool toys for pool. There is also a 2 person glider, 2 chairs and side table, 2 chaise loungers and a table with 6 chairs and umbrella surrounding the pool. HOT TUB- There is 4 person hot tub heated to 101* that is available. It is located on the back porch of the first floor. You access it using the walkway behind the garage. POOL- The in-ground pool is heated to 90*F May- September. It is very private. Homeowners and family may use the pool during your stay but not likely. FIRE PIT- There is a propane fire pit with seating. We request that you contact the owner by texting to turn the pit on/off. POND- You have access to a 1/4 acre pond. There is seating under an overhead awning. Fishing poles and gear is available upon request that can be used to fish. This is a catch and release pond only. WOODED AREA/CREEK- You may explore the outdoor wooded area at your own risk. We are currently cutting through the woods to make a path. There is a small creek through the woods. There is a bridge to cross over the creek and get to the woods on the other side. Please know there are deer, groundhogs, coyote, fox, squirrel, rabbits, skunks, opossums and mice that live in our woods. You are not likely to encounter them on your walks but they are present. This area is an ‘explore at your own risk’ as there are downed trees, brush, pricker bushes, groundhog holes and sloped terrain. It is truly a peaceful and serene piece of heaven.o Guest access You may have access to the pool, fire pit, pond and woods. There is a hot tub on the back porch of the first floor. You will be given privacy when using the hot tub and pool or when relaxing in your private porch. The pool is seasonal. It is heated May-September. The pool, hot tub, fire pit and porch are extremely private with no visibility from the road or neighbor. Other things to note We do have 2 outdoor cats that eat and sleep in our garage. We have 4 Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dogs. They are very friendly but we will do our best to keep them with us at all times. We are new to this and will do our very best to meet your needs.
