Lovely vacation home in Sunne

Lovely house in central Sunne. Quiet area with private garden + boules court & garden bar. WiFi, TV, with 16 channels in addition to the basic selection. 3 parking spaces (2 on gravel down by the river) 1000 meters (10 minutes) walk to paddle tennis & tennis court outdoors. Racket is available for rent on site. 15-minute walk to Selma SPA. 20-minute walk (3-minute drive) to the golf club, Sunne GK. 10-minute walk to the swimming area at Fryken. 9 km, 11-minute drive to skiing in Ski Sunne. 40-minute drive to Hovfjället. 1.5 hours to Branäs. The space Nice and cozy house with a large lovely garden in central Sunne. The garden has both a private boule court and its own small boule bar. The garden has sun from morning to about 8 pm in the evening. The area is very quiet and safe with very nice neighbors. Family-friendly area with proximity to both Sunne waterland, paddle tennis court, tennis court, swimming/barbecue area at Fryken and Selma Spa and the golf course. Everything within a maximum of 20 minutes walk from the house. 2 spacious bedrooms on the upper floor as well as a new bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and a large balcony with evening sun. Downstairs from the hall/entrance, there is bathroom no. 2 with toilet, sink and bathtub. From the large spacious kitchen, you can open the double doors and step out onto the patio and out into the garden. There, you will find a large gas grill and wine cooler. 2 working tiled stoves are available to use. If you want wood for the stay, we will fill it up before arrival. Entrance, hall and kitchen have heated floors. At the large dining table, you can gather and sit and enjoy a good dinner. Dishwasher and microwave available. Coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle available. In the living room, you can gather and cozy up in front of the fireplace on the sofa or one of the other 3 beautiful armchairs. The house is perfect for a family with 2-3 children or 2 couples =) Stay a weekend or a week and experience all the fun that fabulous Sunne has to offer. Sunne is fantastic all year round. Winter offers lovely and good skiing (if there is snow) in our nice Ski Sunne. Guest access the whole house and garden. The boule court and boule bar are yours to use during your stay in the house. Dartboard and garden kubb are in the garden. The Kubb game is under the bench on the balcony. Also, a large new gas grill is available on the terrace adjacent to the kitchen and the large dining area under the roof on the balcony. Wine cooler is on the patio and just to put on if you wish. Perfect for cozy warm summer evenings. Ski boot warmers are available in the entrance hall so ski boots/hiking boots can get dry and lovely. If you want to be more than 5 guests, you can add to the rent our guest house/apartment on the plot where there is a double bed (180cm) in the loft as well as your own newly renovated toilet and complete kitchen and patio. If you want to rent this, write a message to me and we will solve it at an extra cost depending on the length of your stay. ;) Other things to note Note: when you rent, NOT included: * towels/bath towels * bed linens (Each guest must bring their own) At check-out 11:00 a.m., we kindly ask you... * take out the trash and throw it in the bin. ;) And empty the dishwasher after you as the cleaning staff does not do this ;( * It is not allowed to use the sofa in the living room as a bed. * lock the doors and put the key in the key cabinet on the balcony. You will receive the code the day before check-in. * Leave the house in the same good condition as it was when you arrived ;) * If it is very hot and sunny, you are welcome to take the watering can and water some plants 🪴 and the lavender in the garden ;)* * Turn off all lights and pull out plugs for micro coffee makers, etc. in the kitchen.
