Welcome to Emory River Retreat, your lakefront escape for fall in East Tennessee! 🍂 Enjoy beautiful water views, a private dock, covered porch, outdoor fireplace, grill and plenty of room to gather. Coming for a Tennessee Vols game? Neyland Stadium is approximately 45–60 minutes away. Enjoy game day in Knoxville, then escape the crowds and spend the rest of your weekend relaxing on the lake. The space Emory River Retreat is a spacious waterfront home designed for relaxing lake days and memorable gatherings. The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers open living spaces, beautiful water views, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals together. Sleeping arrangements include: • King primary suite with soaking tub and walk-in shower • King bedroom with private bath • Queen bedroom • Bedroom with two queen beds • Loft area with twin trundles (can convert to a king) Large windows bring in natural light and showcase views of the Emory River and Watts Bar Lake. Outside, enjoy the deck, yard, and private dock for swimming, fishing, and lake fun. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home and property including the private dock and outdoor spaces. Please note: There are approximately 54 stairs down to the dock, which provide beautiful views but may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns. Owner storage areas and a private office remain locked. Other things to note • No pets allowed • No smoking anywhere on the property • Owner boat is not available for guest use • Exterior security cameras are located on the front porch and back patio • Please do not flush wipes or non-toilet paper items (septic system) Check-in: 4 PM Check-out: 10 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability.
