The Artist's Retreat in NW Portland

My eclectic, comfortable and creatively furnished one bedroom apartment is steps from the entrance to Forest Park. The Artists Retreat is filled with a collection of art, vintage and mid century furnishings. The space 2016 WINTER DISCOUNT! January-March $100 per night! (Typically $125 per night) The apartment is on street level but built on a slight hill in the back so there are views of the Willamette River area, (website hidden) Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Hood. The ceilings are high and light infuses this apartment from every direction. The rooms are very spacious. I am artist, as was my mother before me who lived in this home and the apartment is furnished with art and handmade items everywhere. Interior design is my passion as is hosting people, and I am thrilled to offer my home to you. I live in the upstairs apartment. The apartment has one queen size bed in the bedroom, a bath and shower, and large kitchen area. The living room has a contemporary, fold out futon , which can sleep one adult or 2 children under age 5 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and all cooking utensils. Guest access The guests have access to washer, dryer in the basement and a lovely, private backyard garden. Other things to note I will book a 2 night stay IF the required days fall between 2 other booked periods.
