Perfect for families, remote workers, and group getaways. The space There are two bedrooms downstairs in addition to an upstairs loft with a bed. There is a fourth optional bed (pullout couch) in the main living room. Guest access Access is available to the whole house, including off street parking behind the home the under carport, and fenced-in backyard behind the home. Other things to note No smoking. There is a non-refundable $250 smoking fee if evidence of smoke in home. No parties or events allowed. Only the number of registered guests on reservation are allowed in the home. $125 per fee per stay. Additional cleaning fees if pet waste or damage found. No items are to be removed from the home. If items removed or stolen, additional charges will be incurred.
