In order to consider pets in our rental, we would need some additional information. What is the breed of your pet? How old is the pet and how much does it weigh? We would need information concerning your flea control treatment for your pet. We agree to consider pets in our rentals under these conditions: 1) there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee. 2) there is an additional $25 non-refundable cleaning fee. 3) Pet must remain crated when unattended. 4) pet is not allowed on any furniture, and you will be held responsible for all damages to the property. 5) If you bring in any undeclared pets, there will be a charge of $200 per pet added to your stay.
