Romantic cottage few steps from swimming in nature

Romantic wood cottage is last from the cottage settlement & the nearest one to water dam. There is nice garden with hammock. Its a beautiful place for rest, swim, walk in nature, listen to birds and charge “your battery”. Ideal for people who love nature. It’s possible to rent a canoe (host) or water pedal, small boat etc in camp nearby. The toilet is dry on the garden. There isn’t a stove yet, so take some warm clothes in case weather is cold! The cottage is fully equipped to cook easy meals. The space Ideal place for couples or family vacation during summer. 2 adult plus 2 kids (maximum for stay in comfort). All cottage and garden will be just for you. You can also use a tent on The garden. Next to the cottage is the way to swimming spot so there is comming people around garden, but because this swimming spot is only for people from cottage settlement, its not so busy. Swimming spot is aprox 50m from the cottage. There is also swings and sandboxes for children to play. I can rent you canoi for 250czk/day (plus returnable deposite 5000czk) or you can rent some water pedal, small boats, paddleboard etc in Autocamp Skalice nearby. There is 2 very good family restaurants 3km from the cottage. Points of interest in the surroundings: Golf Park Slapy - 1km Měřín 10 km aquqpark with toboggan, tennis, squash, bowling, volleyball, beach volleyball. Indoor sports hall. Around, except beautiful nature, there is big garden, where you can park your car easily and your kids can have fun. From terrace you walk straightly into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals (2 inductions hotplates, sink, fridge, pots and all necessary things). From kitchen you walk straightly to living room where is shower corner also. There is one sofa, table, chairs and 2 chambers/ cabinets. Between kitchen and living room there are doors and behind them are steep wooden stairs to the attic, where is one single bed and huge (250x200cm) sleeping place in other bedroom. If you have small kids which fell down from the stairs, it is better to sleep with them downstairs on sofa in living room or I can provide you with the travel baby cot. (request it when booking). Other things to note The cottage is without thermal insulation and there is not a stove at the moment. It’s ideal for summer season or early fall/late spring. In summer colder days can come also, please take some warm clothes with you. There is only dry toilet on the garden! Its better if you bring sleeping bag with you. (Or you can bring your own bedding.) In case you can’t, please let me know beforehand!
