The space Our Old Hailey home is a boutique B&B just one block from restaurants, shops, and everything you’ll want to wander to. Hop on the free bus to Baldy, Dollar, Sun Valley, or cruise 11 scenic miles up to Ketchum — no car drama required. We’re tucked into the best part of town (yes, I’m biased), just steps from The Powerhouse and Tundra — both dangerously delicious. Everything in Hailey is walkable, and the bike path is three blocks up Spruce, stretching from Bellevue all the way north of Ketchum. Bring your sense of adventure. This house has stories. The front dates back to the 1800s, and it’s grown beautifully over time — kind of like the rest of us. You’ll find four crisp, contemporary rooms, each with its own private bath and shower, plus a deck or patio so you can sneak in, sneak out, or sneak away for fresh mountain air. Fair warning: guests say the beds are so good they debate canceling their plans. I work from home upstairs (stealth mode — you won’t hear a thing), and I’m always available by text or phone if you need anything. Truly. You’ll probably meet Porter, our friendly golden retriever and part-time concierge. The kitties? They operate like tiny mountain legends — rarely seen, occasionally rumored. I love this home. I love this valley. And I want you to feel completely at ease here — like you’ve found your place. Guest access Consider the house yours. Stretch out in the living room, linger at the dining table, rack up a game in the pool room, soak under the stars in the hot tub, gather by the fire pits, or wander barefoot through the backyard. Each morning includes eggs prepared to order, along with a rotating chef’s featured entrée — from savory to wholesome to just-a-little indulgent. Expect locally baked breads, fresh fruit, proper coffee drinks, and pressed juices. Your mornings are crafted by a former chef who once worked behind the scenes on Julia Child’s video productions — so yes, breakfast is taken seriously around here. Local treats, wellness-friendly bites, and a few indulgent surprises. Crunchy. Salty. Sweet. Midnight-approved. Golden Hour (4–5 PM Daily) A little ritual we love.
