Relax in peace in this cozy two-bedroom home located a few miles from Highland Industrial Park. This dynamic dwelling is separate from the main house with its own driveway. The home is in a safe, quiet, and pleasant neighborhood, perfect for a comfortable stay. This is a great place to stay for work or visiting nearby relatives, and has a great space for cooking, dining, and visiting. The space The space is clean and cozy, in a quiet neighborhood setting. You will probably see school buses go by in the mornings and afternoons, as well as children and families walking by or riding bikes. It is quiet, but family centered. Dynamic Dwelling is a separate "guest-house" setting on our property, right beside our HOME. It has it's own driveway and you can have all the privacy you want, or you may want to sit outdoors and enjoy the southern air. Guest access You will have full access to the house and the unfenced property (more than an acre) it sits on. Take a stroll through the neighborhood, or sit by the home owner's fire pit and enjoy the evening air. There is also seating on a small patio on the back side of the house where you can grill or sip coffee as you enjoy the large property setting. Other things to note NO PETS are allowed for this listing. I also have been provided an exemption for service animals due to my own family health concerns. Absolutely no more than four guests are allowed and no unregistered guests or visitors are allowed without approval. However, feel free to contact me with any questions or requests.
