If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction. ** The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: any pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
