The space You’ll have a cedar cabin-style space with a queen bed, full kitchen, comfortable living area with a couch and recliner, Smart TV with streaming apps (log in with your accounts), and WiFi. Pool & Pond: The koi pond, swing, and side yard are available for you to enjoy. The pond is small and not fenced, so please supervise children at all times while outdoors. Guests do not have access to the fenced pool area. • Pool area is off-limits. • Please supervise children around the koi pond. Guest access Guests will access the guesthouse using a key lockbox with a code provided by the owners before arrival. The cabin is located on the owner’s property and is accessed by the concrete driveway to the left of the owner’s home. The home is situated on a quiet dead-end street in a friendly neighborhood. Other things to note Visitor policy: No parties or large gatherings. Only overnight guests are permitted on the property, with a maximum of 4 people. Any additional guests beyond this maximum occupancy must be pre-approved before arrival. The amount of guests you enter at the time of booking is the number of guests permitted during your stay. If the number of guests changes, please let us know in advance!
