Guest access You'll enter from the parking lot side via the door next to the utility gauges using the electronic lock code provided in your confirmation. A backup emergency lockbox is located in the exterior closet on the left side of the utility gauges. Inside, a thumb switch on the wall will deadbolt the back door, and the digital lock on the front door will automatically engage when you leave. The laundry room code is provided separately below. Other things to note You have direct access to a shared waterfront beach across the street with a sandy area, fire pit, patio chairs, and a picnic table provided for your use. A shared dock is available spring through fall for loading and unloading only - no boat mooring. Canoes and kayaks (marked "Champ's Camp") are available at the beach. Life jackets and oars are stored in the exterior closet by the front door. A coin-operated shared washer/dryer is in the building immediately behind the unit, accessible through the gray basement door off the concrete patio.
