Blue Rose Manor: Newly renovated apt near Stowe

Welcome to Blue Rose Manor, a charming two-bedroom, two-bath retreat just minutes from Stowe. Enjoy full bathrooms, cozy living spaces, and a prime location within walking distance to downtown Morrisville’s shops, dining, and local charm. Perfect for a relaxing Vermont getaway in a 150 year old Carriage House. Newly remodeled. The kitchen doesn't have microwave, toaster oven or sharp knives. Please don't book if you're expecting a fully loaded kitchen. The space This property includes one dedicated parking space. The apartment has a radiant heating system set to 64°F and a hot water temperature set to 106°F. No dogs are permitted on the property due to livestock and the presence of other dogs. If this is an issue, we kindly ask that you consider a more suitable booking. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, pots, cooking utensils but no toaster oven, microwave and no sharp knives. When cooking, please use the exhaust fan and clean up after your stay. We do not charge a cleaning fee, but there is an additional charge for more than three guests. Guest access We will be on the property during your stay. For safety purposes, there are exterior security cameras around the property. We are located directly across the street from the police station, making this a very safe area. We hope you enjoy your stay. Other things to note No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. No pets but if pets are discovered we will charge $200 per night per pet. We do have cameras on the outside of the property and surrounding the property line. Pet-Free Policy: Due to our own animals and livestock on the property, we do not allow pets. ADA Policy: We welcome legitimate service animals in accordance with ADA guidelines. Service animals must be under the handler’s control at all times and may not be left unattended. They are not permitted on furniture or beds, and may not use any dishware provided in the apartment. Please note that because we have our own dogs wild animals including foxes, coyotes, and livestock on-site, we cannot guarantee the safety of your service animal. You may wish to consider whether a different accommodation would be a better fit for your service dog.
