Welcome to this charming cottage just a short walk from the lake. The spacious eat in kitchen opens into the cozy living room. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, including one with an in-unit washer and dryer. Cottage sleeps seven comfortably but up to eight guests with the help of two pullout beds King bed (2), bunk bed (2), day bed (1), sofa bed (2), ottoman (1). Enjoy a secluded backyard featuring a large deck with furniture and a welcoming fire pit—perfect for relaxing evenings. The space Sleeping sitting areas Bedroom #1 has a king size mattress with a full bath attached to it. Bedroom #2 has twin over full bunk beds and access to back porch. Living room has plenty of seating that all converts into sleeping space. Sofa bed holds two, pullout ottoman sleeps one and twin size daybed sleeps one. Beautiful kitchen has high top table that seats six. Kitchen includes everything you should need to create a delicious meal for your family or friends. Backyard includes a spacious deck that includes a propane grill and a Blackstone griddle. Side yard has space to park a smaller boat or additional car. (A pontoon will not fit in this space) Parking lot holds up to four vehicles. Public boat launch is less that one mile away. The cottage is located just one road off of the main lake access road so its just a short walk to the lake. Guest access Guests are able to use any part of the house or property however there is one owner's closet in the master bedroom and one owner's cabinet in the kitchen. Other things to note Cottage is centrally located and has access to several restaurant, stores, bars and the ever-popular donut shop. Cottage is located only 20 minutes from the beautiful Mad River Mountain ski resort.
