We look forward to hosting you! ✧ Living Room ✧ The living room is furnished with a flat-screen TV and a comfy couch that opens into a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Take advantage of the large french doors that open up to the front deck for seamless indoor-outdoor living. ✧ Deck ✧ The large deck off of the kitchen is the star of the show! It faces a beautiful view of the mountains and features a dining area, outdoor couch, and grill. Relax and take in the sights! ✧ Kitchen and Dining ✧ Enjoy a full-size kitchen with a large island! Brand new white retro-style appliances. The kitchen opens onto the large deck with a grill and dining table. There are small appliances including a Keurig, toaster, kettle, microwave, rice cooker and blender. ✧ Bedroom ✧ The bedroom has a queen size bed, custom his & hers closets, and a built-in desk facing the mountain views. ✧ Bathroom ✧ The charming bathroom is fully stocked - unwind after a long day by taking a relaxing bath in the tub! Other things to note ✧ Septic ✧ Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush anything that's not toilet paper! ✧ Party Size ✧ While the home is equipped to host up to 4 people, please note that there is 1 bedroom. The couch in the living room opens into a sofa bed for extra sleeping space and the bedding is stored inside the couch. Need more space or some privacy from the rest of the party? No wood fires or open flames, including candles. The gas BBQ grill and propane firepit are okay to use during a burn ban. ✧ Wildlife ✧ Our property is nestled in the beautiful Sierra foothills, offering a true nature-filled experience. We conduct regular pest control and take care to keep our property clean and comfortable, but encounters with small critters like insects or a field mouse can happen, even indoors. Out on the property, you may see all kinds of wildlife, including many types of birds, deer, and wild turkey.
