Guest loved property less than 5 miles to Sanford Stadium & downtown Athens and 2.3 miles to the New Spec Towns Track & Field facility. Welcome to our fully renovated 1920's mill house that sits just up above the North Oconee river and the historic Whitehall Mill. The home maintains special original features, but has been fully renovated. New modern updates like oversized windows and bright open space make the home a great balance of old and new in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The space The Master bedroom has big bright windows with black out shades. The bed is custom made with a queen memory foam mattress. The second bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed. There is also a unique loft space. Both beds have memory foam toppers. The laundry room is located in the bathroom and is available to guests. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all together as a bright, comfortable space. The television is located in the living room and is equipped with Roku options. The kitchen has a gas stove and the basic essentials for cooking. For coffee you can choose between a French press or standard drip machine. For a very comfortable stay, we recommend no more than 4 guests, but there is enough sleeping space for a family of 5. The yard is lush and full of a wide variety of fruit trees and other plants. There is a chicken coop in the backyard with a few chickens. There is a private driveway for 2 cars. Guest access Full house is available to guests with one small owners utility closet kept off limits. Enjoy the yard and private driveway. Other things to note There is one TV in the living room with Roku. There is not cable tv just streaming.
