The space BEDROOMS With 5 thoughtfully designed bedrooms and 7 beds + air mattress, this home offers comfort, flexibility, and space for everyone to unwind. Bedroom 1 – The spacious primary suite features a plush king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bright and calming, it’s a true retreat after a full day of exploring. Bedroom 2 – A welcoming queen bedroom with soft bedding and calming decor. Bedroom 3 – Comfortable and versatile, this room features two twin beds, perfect for kids. Bedroom 4 – Tucked away for added privacy, this lower level king bedroom offers a quiet, cozy escape. Bedroom 5 – Another flexible setup on the lower level with two twin beds, great for families or additional guests. Room-darkening curtains throughout the home help ensure everyone enjoys deep, uninterrupted sleep. BATHROOMS With three full bathrooms, there’s no waiting in line to get ready for the day. On the main level, one bathroom features a convenient tub-and-shower combo, while the second offers a sleek walk-in shower. Downstairs, you’ll find a third full bathroom with another walk-in shower. Bright lighting, large mirrors, and fully stocked essentials make mornings easy and evenings relaxing. KITCHEN & GATHERING SPACES At the heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen that invites everyone to gather. Whether you’re flipping pancakes in the morning or preparing a family dinner, you’ll have everything you need! The main living area is filled with natural light and designed for connection. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.  •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred. •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
