The living room is furnished with a large microfiber sofa-bed (160 x 200 cm), a cabinet with a 32" flat-screen TV and an elegant glass table seating up to 8 guests. The hide-away kitchen is custom-made in polished steel and comes equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. The warm parquet flooring stretches to the corridor, which leads into the night area. The night area consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with light-colored furniture creating a relaxing atmosphere, and it has a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and a desk. The second bedroom has two single beds and a spacious wardrobe. A wrought-iron staircase painted in white leads upstairs to the third bedroom: it offers plenty of space, and it comprises two comfortable sofas, one of which was introduced on 2024 and can be folded out to a French bed (140 x 200 cm), a large table made of glass and steel and some custom-made pieces of furniture. The bedroom also opens out onto the terrace, which offers great views of the red brick roofs typical of Bologna historical center. The apartment has two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.
