The music system must be turned off by 10 PM out of courtesy to the neighbors. Please also be mindful of the auto-closing side gates and avoid slamming them to minimize noise in the surrounding area. Parties are strictly prohibited. Any gathering reported by the neighborhood watch will result in a $2,000 charge. All guests must be registered before arrival.
