The Chalet Bleu is a peaceful haven that can accommodate up to 9 guests. The stone fireplace that sits in the main living room offers unforgettable evenings with family or friends. The private hot tub, functional year-round, will relax you, without any schedule restrictions. Located in the 2nd row of the beautiful Lake Massawippi, shared access is less than 100 meters from the chalet. The space The Chalet Bleu, located in the beautiful Estrie region, just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Montreal, enjoys an exceptional geographical position with a multitude of tourist attractions. The Chalet Bleu has a full kitchen that will allow you to cook good meals during your stay as well as a dining room that can accommodate up to 10 people. For beautiful winter evenings, you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere in the main living room with a stone fireplace and firewood provided. A second living room is also very much appreciated by guests when children want to have their own spaces. Each living room is equipped with a cable TV. Important: Note that the propane fireplace in the 2nd living room is currently out of order and will be replaced soon. The Spa, an important and highly appreciated element for travelers, is accessible all year round, without any schedule restrictions. Three bedrooms can accommodate seven guests. IMPORTANT: Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the 2nd living room, which becomes the 4th bedroom. A large covered patio is at the front with table, chairs, BBQ and two propane cylinders. A large property with lots of trees will allow children to play and run. For beautiful summer evenings, you can enjoy an outdoor fire pit. Camping wood is provided. 2 kayaks and 3 paddleboards are at your disposal to enjoy the beautiful Massawippi Lake. 5 life jackets are at your disposal if you don't have your own. Small/Medium/Large/X-Large/Children IMPORTANT: Read the "Guest Access" section Important: The price is based on 4 people. An amount of $25/per night/per person is requested for additional guests. If you have last-minute guests who have not been registered, please let us know so you can make a change to the number of people in your stay and adjust the price. Guest access The entire home is available for your use. IMPORTANT: Access to the lake is shared among several residents. It is located just at the end of Rue des Ormes, about 100 meters from the chalet. Respect for everyone is important to us. We use the access to launch our small boats only. The dock at the end of the access is a private dock that belongs to local residents, so please do not use this dock. For a day of swimming, you can enjoy the Ayer's Cliff municipal beach. Access to the beach is free, but there is a parking fee for the car.
