The apartment has 2 large balconies (facing south and west) as well as a small garden that is located behind the house. On the ground floor/basement of the house there is another apartment. In the apartment is a large open cooking, living and dining area. The new modern fitted kitchen has all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances, such as a large hob in the kitchen island, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, etc. Furthermore, the apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and one with two single beds. There is a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bathtub and barrier-free shower as well as a separate guest toilet. The entire apartment has underfloor heating and a beautiful open exposed roof chair. The knee dock is 1.80 m, so you even have standing height at the lowest point. The bedroom and living area facing south have electric shutters. Sufficient towels, bath towels and bed linen are available to our guests. Fees for this are included in the cost of final cleaning. We ask our guests not to smoke in the apartment. The balconies are available for this. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. From the apartment you can get to the train connection to Munich/Garmisch-Partenkirchen in a few minutes by car. Service offer optional: shuttle service station. Bicycle rental (please ask in advance) Wifi is available for free. Munich can be reached in 40 minutes by car, Garmisch-Partenkirchen in 35 minutes. Nearest train station Uffing (connection Munich/Garmisch or Mittenwald is 5 minutes away by car). In the village there is a beautiful adventure playground for children (10 min. walking). Fantastic scenery and leisure opportunities, some of the most beautiful bathing lakes (Staffelsee, Riegsee, ...) with cozy beer gardens are nearby. Guest access In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying rack. This can be shared by the guests.
