The apartment has 2 large balconies (facing south and west) as well as a small garden, which is located behind the house. On the first floor/basement of the house is another apartment. In the apartment there is a large open cooking, living and dining area. The new modern fitted kitchen has all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances, such as a large cooking area in the kitchen island, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, etc. Furthermore, the apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and one with two single beds. There is a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bathtub and barrier-free shower as well as a separate guest toilet. The entire apartment has underfloor heating and a beautiful open exposed roof truss. The knee wall is 1.80 m, so that you have standing height even at the lowest point. The bedrooms and the living area facing south have electric shutters. Sufficient towels, bath towels and bed linens are available for our guests. The fees for this are included in the final cleaning costs. We ask our guests not to smoke in the apartment. The balconies are available for this purpose. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. From the apartment you can reach the train connection to Munich/Garmisch-Partenkirchen in a few minutes by car. Optional service: Shuttle service to the train station. Bike rental (please ask in advance) Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Munich can be reached in 40 minutes by car and Garmisch-Partenkirchen in 35 minutes. Nearest train station Uffing (connection Munich/Garmisch or Mittenwald is 5 minutes away by car). In the village there is a beautiful adventure playground for children (10-minute walk). Fantastic scenery and recreational opportunities, some of the most beautiful lakes (Staffelsee, Riegsee, ...) with cozy beer gardens are nearby. Guest access In the basement there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and clothes rack. This can also be used by the guests. Other things to note Please note that additional costs of €25 per person per night will be charged for guests other than those named in the inquiry/booking.
